I am beyond excited to share my first Whole30 Meal Plan & Grocery List. The meal plan includes all the groceries you will need for the week and Sunday Meal Prep directions! I’ve included exactly what to prepare each day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I even added all my favorite go-to snacks!
With this plan, there is no reason you shouldn’t achieve a healthy and delicious Whole30. And don’t feel like you have to be on whole30 to use this guide. The guide can be used to simply give you an easy template of how I usually eat, Whole30 or not, in a typical week. There is nothing fancy about these recipes! I wanted to keep it real with y’all- these are meals that I eat on-the-reg!
I don’t want you to feel like you have to follow this meal plan to a T. I hope that it gives you ideas of how to prepare for your week with easy dishes where you can mix and match sides! I plan to do another Printable PDF soon with all my pantry stables we love to have in our pantry/fridge that isn’t just Whole30!
